Lisa is a bodyworker, teacher, and longtime Brookline resident. She is the owner of Healing Presence Massage & Bodywork, LLC, an integrative bodywork practice that helps people identify and address the imbalances that contribute to pain and dysfunction.
Andrea Johnson
Coping with Covid; Mind, Body, Heart
Andrea is a co-founder of Women and Girls Thriving in Brookline and is now a senior advisor to Women Thriving, Inc. In addition to her private practice in Wellesley, Andrea was on the staff of the Brookline Community Mental Health Center for over 40 years where she was the Director of Intern Training and a member of the Family and Couples Team, a racial affinity awareness group, and the Diversity Team.
Lola Huang
Pilates Instructor
Lola is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body. She discovered Pilates on her journey of recovering from knee surgery. Her passion for helping people lead her to teaching and sharing Pilates and movement for wholesome wellness.
Bishnu Tamang

Born in Nepal and living in the US for the past 15 years, Bishnu has served as a member of the Women Thriving Board of Directors, represents Women Thriving at fundraisers and events, and leads the initiative to recruit women to join the Women Thriving Asian American Community Leadership Group and to participate in workshops and events.
Zong Liu
Nutrition and Healthy Eating
Zong has been a nutritionist for more than 15 years. Originally from Taiwan, and grew up in Brazil, she uses her multicultural background to connect with her clients. She leads the nutrition workshop for women thriving on a variety of nutrition topics, and provides a support group to encourage women to lead healthy lives.
Meagan Collins
Healthy Cooking
Meagan “Chef M.” Collins is the owner of MEGnificent Eats LLC, the Atlanta, Georgia based private chef services and food content creator.
In July of 2015, Chef M. began to create healthy meal preps for herself, friends, and close colleagues. From there, Chef M. became a full-time private chef specializing in customizing her client’s meal plans based on their health goals, allergen restrictions, and taste preferences.
In April of 2018, Chef M. transitioned her cooking services to a heavy focus on health consciousness. The main goal of becoming a health-conscious private chef was to share with the collective how food has healing power and what intuitive eating and cooking truly mean for the mind, body, and soul.
In March of 2020, Chef M. took an opportunity to explore the e-commerce route and created the Kitchen Goddess Shop. In the Kitchen Goddess Shop, customers can purchase Chef M.'s herb and spice seasoning blend line called Kitchen Goddess Seasoning.
Paula Torres
Courageous Women Leaders Interview Series
Originally from Portugal but living in Brookline for twenty years, Paula is serving on the Women Thriving Board of Directors, taking workshops, emceeing dinners, and offering her translating skills whenever she can. She actively recruits other -Spanish-speaking women to participate in Women Thriving activities.
